Okay, seriously, don't be that guy who talks someone into joining your league, and then you and another owner give this person all your research on draft night and answer questions so that the person who was talked into joining the league in the first place drafts an awesome team, does almost nothing except change out players on bye weeks, and cruises to the title. Because That Guy (who shall remain anonymous) feels like an idiot for ever screwing with his team after draft day :~(
