Best Goaline Backs 2004

Postby all_or_nothing » Fri Jul 16, 2004 1:15 am

Who do you think will be the top three goaline backs for 2004?

Duckett
Alstott
Moe Williams

These are my top three, who are your's? (These are stritly goaline backs, guys who get it from around the 10 yrd line and in. Not talking about full time starting RB.)

Zack Crockett and Onterrio Smith are my immediate selections. Possibly Anthony Thomas and Rock Cartwright. Possibly Correll Buckhalter.

Shaun Alexander :-b

Alstott
Crockett
A-Train
G. Jones
Mike Anderson - biggest and strongest of all the DEN RBs

I dont know if you can really count Duckett since he will get many more carries than just short yardage and goalline. I do like KG's pick of Cartright though. Gibbs very well may trr and limit the beating Portis gets

Crockett
Moe Williams
Greg Jones

Gruden likes to use a goal-line back, so i think Alscott will be good.
