http://www.fantasyheadquarters.com is a nice site. Plus, they offer live scoring, which is always nice. It's can be a little more pricey, however, then some of the others, but the payout is higher also.

ESPN League manager is awesome. You can completely customize it. They were a little shaky last year, but they are rock solid this year. That's the place to go in my opinion.
