How can a league do a contraction draft?

let me give a little background. Our 10 team dynasty league expanded from 10 teams to 12 teams to bring in a little new blood. Now two owners have had to leave the league and we want to contract back to 10 rather than bring in new owners. The expansion teams have gotten an advantage over some of the other teams in the league in that they have collected a good bit of young talent in the expansion draft. What is the most fair way to do a contraction draft now with the players from the two contracted teams?

any suggestions?

you can do it through waivers, with a random waiver order. or just like a 3 round draft of those two teams players

if two people benefitted from an expansion draft...give them the lowest waiver priority or draft pick. That would even it out.

I'd probably just throw these guys in your normal draft and let everybody have at it.

Unfortunately the early picks will benefit by having the cream of the crop available.....but the late picks will probably end up with guys like JJones, KJones, etc.
