Faulk is he worth it

I have Green and TO in a keeper league. Would I be safe drafting Faulk with my first pick?

I am a rams fan, and faulk is so scary. He is just so injury prone and there is a good chance he will get hurt again this year. If I were you I would stay away but there is also a chance that he could have a great year.

I don't see how so many people can overlook Faulk as a second or third round pick and #2 RB. The guy has put up 1000+ yards and 10+ TDs for the past six seasons, irregardless of injury. Even in the past two years where he has started a respective 10 and 11 games, he has still produced well in fantasy. Faulk figures to become even cheaper in the near-future as he misses parts of training camp and the preseason..... just like he does every season.

Faulk is definitely a risk at this point, but he could reap huge returns. If Faulk manages to miss 2 games or less in the coming season, I think he could easily become the steal of the draft. It's very rare when you hear steal of the draft talk from a guy you pickup in the 3rd round, but whoever thought Faulk would fall so far so fast.

That sounds about right. Just make sure your draft isn't the day after another Faulk rumor comes out, otherwise some goober may take Jackson very early.

I think it's also a smart move to pickup Lamar Gordon in the very late rounds. If anything he is early season insurance that Faulk will stay healthy, you can drop him once Jackson secures the backup job.
