Who is better Jamel Lewis or E. James?

This year I'm hoping EJ will rebound (hell how bout the whole colts offense as well?) from his injury for real.

both coming back from the same injury... lewis had longer to heal last year than edge which may have caused fhis better performance... but still id take lewis, hes the safer bet, and edge has lost my trust as of late.

if all were equal, then i would say edge.

but like terp said, lewis has had the most time to recover, so i would say lewis has the edge this year.

Tough call, but if I had to choose I would go with Edge. My reason is that he has already proven that he is one of the best (if not the best, remember that he did lead the league in rushing both years he played before the injury), in the league when healthy. Lewis on the other hand has had 2 major knee surgeries (one in college), and still had to prove he can be a top back. So if I have to choose between two backs both over a year removed from major knee surgeries, I would go with the guy who has proven he can be a top back then one who has yet to score in the upper echelon (meaning top 5 or so).

I'd give the edge to... well..ah...Edge. As was stated he's been a top back. I hope that he can resemble his former self this year. I think a lot of people have already written him off, and he might be a steal in later rounds.
