yeah theres that. you could always change his name and pull down all his attributes to 0 and pretend hes not there.

I agree with PM. They should leave him on Miami. Becasue you can just sign him to a contract. This way, you have to give up picks and/or players.

That's probably what I'm going to be doing (and already have in NFL2K5). I did the same thing with Korey Stringer back in the day...

Never really thought about that, isn't there you can change his age, make him 43 years old and see who signs him then.

It would be best if they put him as a FA, and decreased his stats a little. I suppose he's about 90 ovr. I think they should put him as around a 80-83 ovr. Naturally when a player retires, they become out of shape, and that would be represented by the decrease. And I guess you could say to much marijuana is a factor too. :-°

IMO, this is the ideal situation, but I know EA won't do it.

I think the whole point of waiting so long to release it (in comparison to the competition) was to be able to boast the inclusion of training camp roster decisions.

My bet is that he's in the free agents along with Shannon Sharpe.

I'm pretty positive he'll be on the Dolphins. It's the same type of thing when MVP 2004 came out. A-Rod was on the Rangers and Soriano was still on the Yankees. Also guys that hadn't been signed yet like Maddux, Urbina, etc. were all free agents. Video games have cutoff dates for rosters. MVP's was in January. Since the A-Rod trade and other signings didn't happen until February or March, EA could not update.
