$$$ no-keeper league looking for teams

We have a league, based in Washington DC, but with owners in Washington, NYC and Buffalo, looking for teams. We currently have 6 owners and want to get to 12 or 14. Last year we did a $50 buyin and then $2 per transaction. Once we have all the teams, we will have votes of league members to make the years rules.

We use CBSSportline as our management software. Last year we played a 14 week head-to-head schedule. The top 4 teams made the playoffs (2 division winners and next 2 best records). Semifinal losers got 10%, 2cnd place got 20% and the winner got 60%. League votes will determin how it works this year.
