i think he could start for a handful of teams like arizona, dallas, carolina, chicago, and he does make a great backup. he'll find a home this side of the european league.

I understand he does not want to sign with a team as the backup, but he is going to have to face reality. I believe most teams will love his versatility, and want him to play QB, RB, and WR depending on the situation. There aren't many teams that will want to sign him as a starting QB -- not even the Bears.
I just have to look back a few years ago to a QB that had a wonderful year, but was a big hit against the cap. The team released him, and he could not find any other team willing to pay what he wanted, so he retired. His name ---- Elvis Grbac.

I like to hear you guys say the Bears. The original report I read was that my beloved Cowboys were going to try and get him. True, he'd be better than what we have now but c'mon. You think he cried on the sidelines with Pittsburgh. The "Tuna" would call him a girl one time and he'd probably quit. Good call guys-- Go Bears.

I think Kordell will got to Carolina, Chicago or Arizona. He was a Pro-Bowl Qb and Will some mental counseling could be again. It's not a question of talent, but rather a question of having his head on straight. I think he would be a great fit in Chicago

LOL.
I'm inclined to agree.

To tell the truth - and this is absolutely NOT to put down this thread in any way - I am personally sick to death of hearing about, thinking about, wondering about Kordell Stewart.
Bottom line?
He has had more chances (because of Bill Cowher) than any QB in recent memory.
In the end - he will play just good enough to hang around, hang around, hang around - then break your heart when it counts the most.
Kordell. Time to move on.
Consider working for the Colorado Buffalos.

That's my 2 Kordell cents, anyway,
