one thing to watch out for is Jim Mora Jr taking this personally and going to Detroit to work with Mooch again or somewhere else since his name was a high-candidate for the job hes now on the lists of other teams.

Don't even speak like that!!!...Niners have alot of work to do...and this guy is the one whos shoulders it falls on...as you said their new coach in a offensive mind....but its D their need help, and Mora Jr can do it...if he goes it will yet another long season for the Niners D.

I thought Erickson would have done better when he went to the Hawks.....but he suked, very uninspirational coach, personally I don't think the guy can handle the ego of NFL players.....oh well, time will tell
