Whether or not he will make an immediate impact depends on where he goes to play.He is a helluva RB no matter where he played his college ball.

Im with GP on this, there are so many different styles of play out there a RB can be supreme or average based on where he lands.

Yes, it will depend on where he lands, on if he will have an impact. If he lands in NE, then I think he can make an impact. If he becomes a Raider, he will make an impact.

I just don't see him making a BIG impact unless he goes to a team that is really, really needing a RB.

I agree with you guys. It really does depend on where he goes. If he goes somewhere where he's gonna be in a back role, then obviously he won't make much of an impact. If however, he gets to split time, or even start, he might. I don't know much about LJ. Apparently he's a bigger bruising type of back? Like Ron Dayne? Old Ronny is exactly lightin' it up in NY. I know LJ is probably a lot different than Ron Dayne, but Penn State RBs usually fizzle out. Curtis Martin being an exception. Still I wish all the best to Larry.

He reminds me of Eddie George a bit, the way he runs in more of a straight up style. It definitely depends on where he ends up. Alot of times, a great line can make a good back look great too. Here in Cincy, we know first hand that Penn State backs haven't exactly been a sure thing. Remember Ki-Jana? :~(

Just remember when Ki-Jana Carter came in, he got hurt right away, had to fight to get his position back but lost it to Dillion......and made it back and got hurt again.....tough break for a back that must have had a voodoo curse on him.....and Terp, Penn Staters never last?????What about Kerry Collins, Joe Juravicous, Kyle Brady, Lavar Arrington, Courtney Brown, O.J. McDuffie....the list could go on and on........
