The only risk I see with Deuce McAllister is NO being inconsistent in the red zone again, cutting his TD chances like last year.

How can a Redskins/Fantasy Footballer say that he would not take Portis in the 2nd round?? But, whatever, you can play in my FFL anytime you want.

and if you say anything otherwise you're a flaming idiot who knows nothing about fantasy football and you're not allowed to have an opinion of your own (note the sarcasm)

i didnt kno there was history to this, but i thought this was a pretty immature thing to say anyways, even after noting the sarcasm. flaming idiot?

I think he had a lot of success due to Denver's system, and wit hthe loss of Jansen to their line, I wouldn't draft him in the first round, and probably nopt the 2nd round. I hope I'm wrong....but..... :-o

I'd have LDT in the top spot, then go Green, Priest, Alexander, Deuce and then Portis

If Portis fell to you in the 2nd round, you wouldnt draft him?! You are absolutely nuts my friend, and i hope you are before me in every draft.

Depends how many teams are in the league. I still think he might be a bust. Why are you sold on him? Because he was good last year in Denver and because every publication has him listed high?

He's looked a bit subpar in camp, and wasn't "spectacular" in the game against Denver. Sure he'll be good, but he's running behind a weaker O-line in Washington. That HAS to be a factor to consider.

hey i dont think he'll be the best this year, but youre basically saying youd take Barlow, DD, Dillon, Rudi etc. before Portis.

Im sold on him because he rushed for 1500 yards in his first 2 years, and is the undisputed starter for the entire year. THere arent too many of those around the league.

For the record, I was happy I took Alexander over Portis before Jansen got injured.

I'll be the different guy I guess.

Ahman
Priest
LT
Deuce
Alexander
Edge
Portis
Jamal

I flip around every now and then but not too much. There is a thread going right now on the "contract year" and if there is too much made of it.

I think it's even more funny to talk about "career year" and then saying someone will drop. That happens to Ahman all the time--but no one talks about the fact that last year was Deuce's "career year"

I just look at the talent, system and the opponents--I've got Green down as the top FF producer this year. My top 5 sneaker/sleeper would be Edge.

Anyway, I can take the jabs if anyone wants to throw them :)
