A small clipping:

Wild card: I have not listed Willis McGahee of Miami (Fla.) because of injury, but I think he will surprise everyone when they see how hard he has worked to play as soon as possible.

Does anybody really think he will play this season in the NFL?

If so, how good will he be?

No way in hell will he play this year, not first team NFL .

That injury was massive.

I hope he proves me wrong. ;-D

The only thing I have heard is the same he is working hard and he looks really good

As for playing this year.............there is a slim chance. I wouldnt be surprised to see him in training camp(in a limited role) you can realistcally get back in 8 months if things go well but he would not be 100%.(see Edge)

No way can a rookie even of Maghee's talent make the transition and be effective with this kind of injury in his first year.

Watch out next year though he will return with a vengence

i highly doubt that he will play this year he simply did too much damage to that knee. however i think his impact could be felt the following year. he will have time to rehab himself throughout the year and sit on the bench learning the NFL game from a different standpoint. i hope he comes back and wish him luck

McGahee may be the next Terrell Davis, big palyer for a few years after injury and then the injuries catch up with him. But not this year.

I hope he plays this year and comes back strong. I think it would be in his best interest to hold off and wait for next year though.

Good Article.

I may have to move him up my draft board, and watch him closely the next few months.
