well, you get a free 2 month subscription card, but you have to be signing up for it, it can not be added to an existing account

All you do is just make another account I use mine all the time if I play like for clans and need a clan name So ya you get 2months free when buying madden, or you could go and get ESpn for xbox and still get a 2 month free and it only is 20 dollars(nice deal) compared to Madden's.
