Rookie running back Greg Jones is being asked to learn both fullback and tailback duties as well as all of the Jags' single-back plays—and he'll be seeing plenty of special teams work, too. With so much on his plate, Jones has been bested in camp by Chris Fuamatu-Ma'afala and rookie Rich Alexis.

Rookies struggle; it's a fact of life. Jones won't be pushing Fred Taylor for significant carries, but he is expected to work his way into the short-yardage rotation. The struggles in camp indicate you may have to be patient and wait a bit before Jones makes a fantasy splash.

I guess this just means that Jones may not be the TD vulture that everyone thought he might be. Maybe pencil Freddy in for another 2-4TDs this year?

Toefield will probably take over at the goal-line if Jones doesn't. Or Fu if he's still there.

i think toefield will get those carries
