Man. I don't get a lot of these posts at all.
The difference between Bledsoe, Moulds and Henry,
and Bledsoe, Moulds, Price and Henry,
is the difference between a .600 or-so club and a genuine force to be reckoned with.
Next to the Bledsoe deal, this is the smartest thing Buffalo has done in years.
A nightmare for NFL defensive co-ordinators around the entire league.
It's a GREAT move.

Hate to be an arse here, but is your point that keeping Price is the GREAT move. Just a little clarification request, because the Bills finished .500 (8-8) in 2002 (".600 or so") with the four. Not exactly "a genuine force to be reckoned with." The Bills do have a few weaknesses to address before committing #1 receiver money to two receivers. Doubt Price will remain in Buffalo. The Bills will see what they can manipulate out of some team that may want him bad enough. Can not see anyone giving up two #1 draft picks, but something could always be worked out. Hope I did not come across as flaming ya SW, but I am not sure that sticking with that formula (Bledsoe,Henry,Moulds,Price) will neccessarily lead them down the road to success, without a few more adjustments.

Gotta say...I think this is just a ploy to snag something extra from another team who wants Price...I agree with Kash and tly on this...I don't see any other reason to pay two WRs that much money!! They'll act like they want to keep him and then try to bargain as much as they can from some other team...And I could see Atlanta or Tenn going for it...

On another note...I hope Bledsoe will pick up his pace a lil bit and not fall apart halfway thru next season! If they do keep Price, and Bledsoe can step up (likely he won't), then the Bills could do very well next year...course I don't think they'll ever be "a force to reckon with"...just my 2cents...

Gotta agree with Terp, Slow, ect. on this. They had all of those players last year and did not make it. I think they are trying to get something extra out of this.

Right. Right. You gotta protect "the core" and this is definitely the Bill's core.
You build from there.
NO WAY am I saying Buffalo's perfect or, hell, even "there" yet.
Their record is largely a reflection of their "D" which needs a TON of work.
Never-the-less, Bledsoe, Moulds, Price and Henry should scare the hell out of anybody.
You pay the electric bill first - then worry about a vacation.
