Keeper vs. Dynasty??

Can someone help me with the difference between the two. I was under the assumption that they meant the same thing.

dynasty as i understand it means you can keep your entire team and also i think(dont quote me) but im guessing allows college players. Eitehr that or maybe you can still only keep say 3 or 5 players but you can keep them for as long as you want. I have never played dynasty but have been in keeper leagues for years. Usually Keeper leagues you can keep 1 to 5 players and usually only for a certain # of years can you keep them. For instance in my league you can keep 3, for up to 3 years at which point he must be thrown back into the pool.The main problem i see with dynasty leagues(IF they keep everyone) would be i dont see how it could possibly keep the intrest of owners who dont have good teams. If your team sux and everyone keeps their whole team why would you come back? EYE might because i LIKE a challenge but im wierd like that. I dont see your average owner doing it.
