I need some really good advise please

I am in a 10 team 3 man keeper draft where the player is kept at the position he is drafted the previous 1 or 2. Our scoring system is very detailed. I will list some of the stats that are non traditional.

qb
1pt-20yds
4pt-td pass
-3pt-int
10points for 300yds passing

rb
1pt-10yds
1pt-10rec
1pt-reception
6pt-td
1pt-5rushes
10pt-100yd rushing

wr-
1pt-10yds rec
2pt-receptions
10pt-100yd recieving

So now that you know the scoring here is my 3 keepers and their round.
1st-LTomblinson
2nd-EJames
10th-TJones

Due to other teams keepers I only have to wait 13 picks until my 3rd rounder and 16 picks unitl my 4th rounder.

We have a starting lineup of:

1-QB, 1-2-3RB, 2-3-4WR, NO TE, 1K, 1DEF

Based on out scoring the top QB, WR, and RB ended the year with the same amount of points per game. RB are not the true leader like most leagues.

Here are the players I expect to be there with my 14th and possibly my 16th pick. Which would you recommend. This would be 3.08 and 4.03, however with all the keepers this is really screwed up because there are keepers that decent playersbeing kept in the late rounds. Like the guy that is keeping Portis inthe 16 round from two years ago when he was first drafted.

Staley
K Jones
J Smith
C Chambers
A JOhnson
R Smith
J Horn
C Brown
Q Griffith
K Robinson
T Minor
I Bruce
A Toomer
P Price
J Porter
L Fritgerald
M Vick
M Bulger
S McNair
A Brooks
T Green
J Garcia
C Pennington

So who would you take with these 2 picks and with my scoring system. I was planning on taking a QB late. There are 7 that will probably be gone by the time I pick in the 3rd and 4th through keepers and earlier picks. We can start 3rb and 2 wr so getting my 2 starting wr woudl be good as well.

Please give me some input from the outside. I need some opinions

Kevin Jones and Chris Brown look good to me,especially in a keeper.Young RB's,and nothing but upside.Think of your buddies Portis pick and apply that here.

If I were you id go put your scoring details into KG spreadsheet that he posted yesterday. That should give u some clue as to how your scoring system affects players value.

Ill BUMP it up for you.

I was actually thinking that If I take K Jones with my #3 that would give me all 4 of my RB spots. We are only drafting 4. After the season starts we can change this to how ever many we want as long as we can field a starting roster.

So how about this. at 3.8 I take K Jones and at 4.03 I take Andre Johnson? My roster would like this

1st round RB-Tomblinson
2nd round RB-E James
3rd round K Jones
4th round A Johnson
5th----------------------( I could sneak in L Fitgerald at this pick)
6th-----------------------
7th------------------------
8th------------------------
9th-----------------------
10th RB Thomas Jones

I have already done this. Points wise these guys are about the same as far as projections and points they will score

S Moss and C Dillion
M Harrison and M Bulger
C Johnson and K Barlow

So I take Vick and Griffin and I have not selected a WR after 6 rounds 4 rounds and have to wait another 18 to go? Did I mention that Wr and RB score the same on average in this league

Hmm...fair point.

Id still take Vick. You seem to be nicely setup with your current RB, so maybe instead of Griffith take Andre.
