I am sick of 4000 posts about the early rounds when the tougher decisions are by far in the mid-draft picks!

I agree, especially when our league keeps six.

How about WRs 20-40. Tough one to call when you get down that far.. I know. They all seem to be so closely matched when you get that far down on a list and most of the time it is just the luck of the draw.

I still like...

Moss
Holt
Harrison
TO
H. Ward
C. Johnson
S. Moss
D. Mason
L. Coles
A. Johnson

I would take any as my 1 or 2 WR

I'll take any team you mentioned (other than Arizona, they really ARE crap) against Ohio State, Wisconsin, Minnesota, etc. And the teams you didn't mention, the teams that would all walk away with the Big 10 if they played in a JV league (Oregon, Oregon State, Washington State) I'd take over any Big 10 school. Let me know when the Big 10 finds a QB that can play anywhere except a Big 10 school. That must be a rough assignment. Handoff left, handoff right, dumpoff to FB, interception, get drafted and cut within a calendar year. Find his little brother, repeat. Seriously.
Name these Pac10 Qbs. Umm, Carson Palmer? Hasnt handled a NFL snap. Akili Smith? I wont even say anything. Cade McNown? Total crap. Ryan Leaf? LOL. Joey Harrington? Has been bad. Drew Bledsoe? Mediocre at best. Kyle Boller hasnt shown anything. Tommy Maddox was a high draft pick from UCLA correct? HAHAHAHA. Jake Plummer? Not as much a miserable failure buts not worth where he was taken. Should I continue or do you need some time to stop the bleeding?

as for all the college talk, Sep can't come soon enough!!!! and just to throw it out there, Hawksfan, UM has produced MANY QB's in just the last few years that are on NFL rosters. I consider that finding success outside the BigTen!

Navarre, Brady, Griese, Collins, Henson, etc....

but getting back to WRs, I agree we should run a thread on the mid-late round picks.... to help us decide on the Hilliards of the NFL world
