Best commissioner service?

Postby Mark » Sun Aug 15, 2004 12:08 am

What do you guys think is the best commissioner service? We have used cbssportsline for several years now. They dropped the ball last year by not scoring one of our stats (that worked the previous year). They did get it working, but the delay was annoying considering they are one of the more expensive services.

Now this off-season they had another glitch. Last years stat totals are being reflected as this years projections. I emailed support, but they are slow to respond, and not giving me a satisfactory answer.

I have played in an SI league, but never commished it. What does everyone recommend and why. Cheapest is not the top priority. We have $150 budgeted for stat/commish service.

Thanks in advance,
Mark

We're using Fanball this season, and so far there hasn't been any major problems. I don't think I will ever go back to Yahoo!

You should check out the cafe's links page if you want further info on the many FFL websites.

Check out Real Time Sports. (rtsports.com) Only $90 and very adaptable.

This is my second year using them and so far I give them nothing but high marks.

Also give Myfantasyleague.com a look. The cost is $79.95, you can modify the scoring to your leagues' liking and you can setup your league and try it out for free. We were very happy with it last year and are using them again.
That's my two cents and it's worth every penny of it!

Real Time Sports is awesome. I would say that it is worth ever penny. Especially if you are in a keeper league.

myfantasyleague.com

Used them in 4 different leagues all with different scoring/player options and rules. Never had a problem in a single league in a 6 year history of using them.

I use http://www.net-commish.com

Only 54.99 and has everything CBS has, but Net-Comm's webpages look much nicer. I am going into my 2nd year with them, and I have no complaints.

And now they are offering free survivor / suicide type leagues.
