I don't know if that's been decided yet, actually. Regardless, unless the OL learns to block for Garcia he won't have any receivers including Winslow doing much. They looked horrible against TEN.
I was reading an article that was telling about how Garcia and Davis hook up regularly on 30+ yard passes in practice. If this translates to the Playing field then he will be poised for a huge season. He's my #2 Sleeper wider receiver behind Tyrone Calico.
Davis, Morgan, Northcutt...any of these guys could emerge as Garcia's favorite WR target (If Winslow plays well he will probably become Garcia's favorite target because he will go over the middle) Davis and Morgan have the depth chart advantage right now. Davis is generally regarded as having more potential than Morgan, but neither have lived up to their position as of yet. I think a breakout is a possibility, and can make a nice late pickup.
I am going with Northcutt as the #1 in CLE. No one knows right now, but I like Northcutts ability and attitude. His puck attitude reminds me of another former Garcia WR!
"Well, um, actually a pretty nice little Saturday, we're going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I don't know, I don't know if we'll have enough time."

And that's about the deepest hookup you'll see by Garcia unless it's all YAC. Garcia's armstrength is going to hurt guys like Northcutt and help guys like Morgan and Davis.
I like simple pleasures, like butter in my ass, lollipops in my mouth. That's just me.
MadScott just made a very good point. The situation has much to do with Garcia's armstrength and aforementioned o-line. Davis is on my sleeper list as well... I think a mini breakout is in order and he should be a nice 3rd receiver in TD heavy leagues.
