I'm hoping Caldwell will be able to step it up, and become the #1 WR in the AFC, but really doubt he'll step it up that much! He should become the #1 in SD, without much problem.
The Chargers will probably bring some bargain basement FA's to compete and draft a WR in the early rounds of the draft but Caldwell is the only one with potential on that team!!!!!!!

Both could be, with Caldwell having the edge in my opinion. I don't think either will be successful as a go to guy though. They better go to the draft of free agency. Free agency is the better bet. Either way SD is a LT ankle sprain away from the first pick in the 2004 draft.
