3rd and 4th Tier RBs

While deciding who we feel the top 5 RBs are going to be, and deciding what we'd do in the first round is fun, I think when it comes down to it, the key to winning a championship is the 3rd-9th round... okay, sure all are important, but... 3-9 is where you build value and depth.

Having said that, in looking at my RBs from 14-36 I feel like I am just guessing.

What are other people thinking for the second half of the RB class? What are your comments on mine?

Following are undervalued here: D Davis (should still be at the top of the list), Tiki Barber (Tiki below Emmitt is a travishamockery!), Staley (a lot), Dunn, J Jones (Think he is the starter in Big D).

following Overvalued:
Westbrook (should be below Bennett here), Whealey (think he will do well in Oakland but you can get him later in the draft), K Jones (don't think Detroit is going to do much in the run game this year).

Other than that Mrs. Lincoln...

I agree. Domanick isn't 3rd or 4th tier, he's 2nd tier after the top guys. You can get Wheatley really late in the draft if you want him. Same with Dunn.

Runners in RBBC situations or even if there is question, will drop. That's why Henry is dropping into the 2nd round.

Yea DD is a conscious decision... not a fan. I like Hollings. Duce is too low, agreed. The Ron Dayne Express has got me spooked on Tiki (and was never a fan before). First I've heard of the rookie holding off Eddie George, is this true? Westbrook feels too high as well...

Anyone putting Minor as a #2? Garner feels high too.

Minor is garbage. He's running behind a terrible line and he's unproven. Sporting News says that he's a poor #3 Back or solid #4 back for your team. In no way can Travis Minor be considered a serviceable #2 back.

Westbrook will not get goalline carries. That really eats his value. I see him as maybe a #3 back or Flex starter.

Yea I hate Minor and Miami... I think I was overcompensating for that bias. He might be one of the ones that regardless of where I have them I'll gut-check and skip them...

I agree that Westbrook is over rated in your list, but I'm not sure he should be below Bennett. Maybe lower. I realize he has a potential for a breakout season, so he won't drop to the bottom of the draft. But if you think about out his injury history...He was out his entire 1999 college season. And last year alone, he had a knee injury, ankle damage, a hip pointer, and a torn left triceps muscle. To me the risk seems greater than the reward for taking Westbrook. That's just my take anyways.
