I'm hearing very good things about Newman from K-State. I'm not sure though, if he's worth a #1 pick. As it gets closer, I think we will have a better idea on these guys. One thing to consider is signability; especially with the Bengals. I could see them with a couple of guys alah Newman, Palmer, Leftwich, and Kenedy or Suggs and pick which one that is the cheapest and most signable.

Signability should not be a factor the Bengals have about 15 million to play with for this year

I have heard great thing about this Newman guy as well. he is super fast (a couple of big 12 championships for the 60 and 100 m sprints) all the scout say he is a great cover corner, he can return kicks and he played kick cover in college too. He also played WR in a pinch.

and for a team that gave up a record 30 passing tds last year this might be the guy!!!!!

Marvin give us a sign????????

suggs wuuld greatly improve defensive line... suggs and justin smith would be two great bookends, and that helps the whole defense...

tho i still think id trade the pick if i were cincinatti.

Charles Rodgers will be their #1 pick....Cincy does not need another QB and they are very good on defense.......I think Rodgers will give them that big play guy that they need....Peter Warrick is just not that good at the #2 WR spot....They need to keep him as a special teamer or a #3 option because he is one heck of an athlete.....I think the addition of Rodgers paired up with Johnson will be very potent and should bring Dillon's game to a new level......

The future is looking brighter for them Bengal fans.
