These guys are pretty good, i've been using them for a couple of years.

http://www.fftoolbox.com is good because you can enter your league scoring system, starters by position, teams, etc. and it will compute the best performers. The only downside is you have to register, but you can give them a fake email address so they won't fill your inbox with crap. And it's free. There's probably other sites like this around too.
