Another Scoring differnce question

Sorry for the newbie questions - 2nd year in FFB and I'm a competitive person and don't want to overlook something.

In leagues where passing yardage points are 25yds per point vs rushing/receiving at 10yds per point - Is there any real increase in value for QB's drafting wise?

Or would the fact that the drop off within the QB ranks is still less than the other positions generally still validates the taking a QB later on 4th-5th-6th round (assuming nothing drastic)
