Anybody know where I can get free updates on position battles throughout the NFL?

Right here... Also the News and Notes that Yahoo does are usually very up to date... Was there anything in particular you had a question about?

No specific matchups in mind. I just read the post about Suggs vs. Willie "Cheech" Green. It's always good to make sure that the player you are drafting is indeed starting (e.g., Watts vs. Lelie, Duckett vs. Dunn).

ESPN used to have a great list with frequent updates, but just like everything else on their site you have to pay for it now.
