This yr im settling for 2 competitive leagues.

3 real leagues. 1 or 2 public leagues, but they were more like mocks

2 keeper leagues on the Cafe

2 money leages locally

and the antsports.com draft challenge, but I don't really consider that a league because I'll be done with it in a week.

Done as many as 6, but the wife didn't like that too much

Seven leagues total:

One money league with friends, three competitive Cafe leagues, and three public leagues.

Three leagues. I've carried as many as 6 teams, but I've found 3 is my ideal number for minimum hassle and maximum enjoyment. I just don't have the time to effectively manage more than three without losing some of the pleasure derived from playing.
