Canidate signs with 'Skins

Postby fntsyrookie » Fri Feb 28, 2003 3:00 pm

I just read this at ESPN. Trung Canidate has signed with the Washington Redskins. He'll be competeing for the starting job with Kenny Watson and Ledell Betts. That makes things pretty interesting.

What do you think think of this Terp? Roseman?

i dont think its a bad move. i actually liked what i saw of candidate when he subbed for marshall two years ago. the more rbs in the competition, the more likely we'll find a keeper... ;-D

Wow! Wow!
I'm a huge Trung Canidate believer.
Did one HELL of a job subbing for Faulk.
This was totally off the radar screen - and a GREAT
move by the 'Skins, IMO.
;-D

I like Trung too. I think that being in Martz's dog house hampered his development. I think he'll be a good fit in Washington, assuming that he puts forth some effort and shows he wants the starting job.

Now all Spurrier has to do is start running the ball.

good trade for both sides

Rams get a big 300lb lineman and a 4th round pick

Skins get a better back than Betts or Watson(IMO)

now the question is who gets the starting job or will it be another RBBC(which we all love so much in fantasy football)
