was just talking to a guy in one of my leagues and gave him the address here. He came and looked and didn't like the site. Asked why becuase there all kinds of information and different opinions you could get here.

His response: when youve played for years like me you dont need the info. LOL

He team is 50-50 on weather it even makes the playoffs.

OMG The freakin guy doesn't even know when the season starts LMAO
You could think of government workers like teenagers. You pay them an allowance, but do you get any work out them? They eat the food, put their feet on the furniture and complain loudly whenever they are unhappy.

I'm relatively new to FF but I tend to do pretty well because I keep up with the info. This is the best place for that since we have tons of fantasy footballers scanning all sorts of news sources. He's crazy for not wanting this FREE source of info. Oh well, you can buy him a beer with your winnings.

I just got in here tonight, I think its pretty informative, but i've also been in a league for 6 years now, always in the top 3, and its a tough league, been the same 10 for the whole time, so there's no screwin' off for even a week, it'll cost ya the season.

I like this site though, might put me 1 this year for sure, but i thought that before i got in here, hahaha

You're crazy for even telling him about it. This is the best site I've found for up to date injury, starter info, etc. I just pray someone else in my league doesn't stumble onto it, but I damn sure don't tell them about it (not really helping the cafe grow, I know, sorry). Look how long it took for Buckhalter's injury tonite to get on here. I was watching the game and thought about posting it, but I knew it would already be here, and sure enough there it was with like 10 responses already. That's just one example. The site does not miss news. Of course there are a ton of opinions on here, some wiser than others, but otherwise what good would an opinion be?

I found this site a little over a year ago and have a hard time believing that there is a more active forums anywhere. Most posters seem knowledgeable or at least passionate about the topics they reply to, and you won't find a friendlier bunch. And like hawksfan said this forum doesn't seem to miss a scoop. Thanks to everyone that helps make the Cafe the addictive, informative, and enjoyable site that it is.

I couldn't agree with you more. I make an effort not to tell the guys in my money keeper league about this site. And they always wonder where I get all my info from.

Yeah, as long as you don't tell the guys in your money league you're all set. The great thing about this site is that you really get the info almost immediately, no matter what website it originally comes from. And where else can you pick the brains of thousands of other FFers?
When in doubt, punt!

I love this site, it hooks me up with lots of info that i wouldnt have found out so quickly anywhere else... but like Sweetness said, most of the people in my leagues are members here at the Cafe so i dont have to worry about telling them B-)
