He might play a series or two the most. no way will he play the whole 1/2.

I've heard that he might be in for as many as 25 plays. I could see this happening if he starts well. Were I the coach I would play him the first half and sit him next week against the f-ing Ravens D while I see how Pinner, Gary, Bryson, and who ever else I don't like play.

Hey Mooch - where did you hear this? I haven't found anything on the amount that Jones will see.

I heard it on the sports at dinner. Tony Ortiz who follows the Lions, said he felt they were going to run him 20-25 plays. That may be a little optimistic, but he did have a nice week practicing.

I just hope he doesn't get hurt. I haven't had any major injuries to my roster yet. In fact the only one I've had is Fitzgerald's little ankle tweak.

the latest word from the Lions' reporter Tony Ortiz is that Pinner will start, but expect to see Jones play a lot in the 2nd adn 3rd quarters.
