Canadian_Cheesehead wrote:That was Portis vs. Alexander. I think Alexander is way to hyped up. For someone who gets as many TDs as he does, he rarely has a big week. His high point week last year was 23 against the Bears. Deuce had 16 TDs in 2002 and if he gets 400+ touches again this year there is no possible way that he gets less than 10 TDs. Plus for keeper leagues, keep in mind Alexander might not be the product of a fantastic offence and offensive line that he is in Seattle now if he is forced to sign somewhere else.

Deuce had like 420 touches last year but only 8 TD's. Why is it a lock that he will suddenly get his TD's back up to the 14-16 range?

I like Deuce alot because he's a yardage monster, and if he CAN somehow get his TD's back up he should be better than Alexander. It just basically boils down to what your flavor is. If you like safe, solid production, Alexander is your guy. If you want to take a little bit of a risk for higher reward, then take Deuce. They're both awesome and better than Portis. ;-)

Sorry, just had to sneak that in.
