I am high on Brown as well, I will be looking to draft him as my #3 if I'm really lucky. I have seen him bowl over countless defenses in Colorado, he's just a plain stud at heart.
He does look good...and it looks like you can get him pretty late too (although that's probably less likely every day) By the way, Max...that's a cool name... "Got it off of a hair dryer..." right?
Yeah I was pretty high on C.Brown going into my draft yesterday. I play in a 14 team 2 keeper league and had him ranked right behind Q-Griffin, luckily for me they were both there when the 6th pick of the 3rd round came, I took Q-tip. It was a tough decision between the two of them for me, the guy right after me took C.Brown in the 4th round right before he would have come back to me. I took Q-tip and would have taken Brown over guys like Thomas Jones, Kevin Jones, TJ Duckett, Lee Suggs. I think both of them are in for big, big years.
At first I was hesitant to believe in Brown, but I am slowly putting more and more faith in him. I would still rank Griffin above him however, I doubt Q Tip loses his job unless he falters, and he looking very good so far.
Just out of curiosity, I heard that Holcombe actually would be more of a challenge to Brown than Smith. Any truth to that or is it just coach speak coming from Titanville?
I like simple pleasures, like butter in my ass, lollipops in my mouth. That's just me.
From what I saw of the Titans this weekend, I'd believe it. Smith was ineffective... I don't have the stats but he showed nothing. I expect Brown to be the man, and I don't see him coming out of the game at the goal line very often.
I think he's gonna blow up, he's the clear #1 in a Jeff Fisher offense.
