Is D. Foster worth picking up?

What do you guys expect from S. Davis this year? I would think he probally will get some quality carries.

It's RBBC over here in Carolina. Look for Foster to split carries with Davis...he'll be used in passing situation and probably as a 3rd down back, whereas Davis will be used to pound the ball on first down and to run out the clock late. I think he's worth a pickup, esp if Davis gets hurt like last season.
