Come on. I don't think that is very realistic at all. As a Priest owner, go ahead that would be great. But as an owner that knows he can't run 20 yds without getting tackled i don't see how this could happen unless he gets 700 carries this year (sarcasm, but slight).

Anyone really think this has a legit chance of occurring?

2300 total yard is possible. 2300 rushing would be godlike.

Where do you hear epople thinking of this? That is very ridiculous in my opinion. He won't crack 2000 yards in my opinion. Still gets a ton of TDs though.

Yea, was this just the next "I'm setting an unreachable goal for myself" statement from a running back? It seems like all the RB's are setting predictions for their seasons now, but if they were all true then we'd have 6 2000 yard rushers and 3 guys with 30 TDs. I seriously doubt Holmes breaks even 2100 yards (total).

um where did you hear this? I can see 1300 rushing and 500 recieving, give or take. but 2300 total is a bit generous for me

Did Priest say that he would do this?

Seems like a strange number to just throw out there.

There was a segment on tonight's Sportscenter about it. Not clear if Priest said it or his trainer said it..But that is the very aggressive goal they have set for themselves. He wants to not just beat Dickerson's total, but to smash it.

I don't see this one happening fellas. Sorry I didn't quote the source when I posted originally.

This brings memories of the huge goals McGahee's agent had for him when he appeared on SportsCenter. :-b

I saw it on Sportscenter. No way he breaks 2000 yds.
