DRAFT RULES & DATES: The draft will be held online, in an AOL private chat room Tuesday, September 7th to begin at 6pm PST. The 1st selection will be made no later than 10 minutes from the time the draft is set. If for some reason you are not going to be on time, you need to call the commissioner on his home phone and give him a list of players in order that you want in the 1st round. In the event of no show or call you will be skipped until you make your selection. This is a serpentine draft, meaning if you select 1st in the first round you will select last in the second round. This rotation will continue through round 18. Owners will be informed as to the proper screen name for the draft.
You will have one minute to select in each round.
TRANSACTION RULES: Transactions may be made through the 10th week of the season. No roster moves are to be allowed after that point. Free agent pickups are worst to first. If you wish to claim more than one FA, list in order the players you want. After winning one FA, you go to the end of the line for player two. ***Add/drop deadline is Wednesday @ 9pm PST***
All the transactions need to go through the commissioner. Trades must be made by Thursday by 9pm PST for the players to be eligible for that week. In the event there is a Thursday game transactions must be done by Wednesday 9pm PST.

There will be no lopsided trades. If two owners protest a trade, the remaining owners of the league will vote on the trade's validity. To overturn a trade 60% of the owners will need to veto. Both teams must email the commissioner before the trade deadline, for the commissioner to announce any trade(s) to the league.
