The notes under each round of the draft is what's interesting. One of the guys took Edge 5th pick overall and on the bottom it said Edge could be a steal that late. This draft is different than the ones i've seen before, check it out.
Good find. I'm printing it, but I am laughing at what they have to say.
James is NOT a steal at #5, Lewis is not going to drop further than #9 or #10 in anyone's league, and TO is not a great pick at #14. I'm just getting started, but I think I'll go take some medication and lay down. These comments give me a headache.
Me, I think Ward at #24 was a great pick. However, Duckett and Walker were reaches in Round 3. Argh, laying down....
It seems like these "expertS" always have risky picks or take someone too high or too low. I think that they do it so everyone goes, "Oh, wow. If he took James that high, he must know something I don't and be a real expert at this kind of stuff." That's just what I think, that they make risky picks so people will think they're "smarter" than the guy that picks Domanick Davis over Peyton Manning.
Worst pick: Griffin. Yes, he started the first preseason game, and has looked good throughout camp, but why would the Broncos bring in Garrison Hearst if they didn't have plans to play him? I think these two guys will split carries to start the season. But once Tatum Bell gets up to speed, he'll become the feature back. However, Griffin might carve out a niche as the Broncos' version of Vikings' third-down back Moe Williams. But the fifth round for Griffin seems too early.
After Griffin was picked 55th overall. What tools.
Favre, McNair in the 4th. Too high, especially on Old Man Favre.
Walker, Duckett in the 3rd (and Dunn in the 8th). I keep hearing it's still Dunn's job. Walker is in WRBC in GB with 3 guys trying to catch passes from old man favre.
Griffin was good pick in the 5th. Denver's system is no joke. Griffin will be 1300 & 10.
