Fantasy Football on TV notes

Anyone catch Fox Sports News Fantasy Football Preview this weekend. If not, they will show it like 20 more times in the next week, how MTV of them. FSN had a weekly show last season that was helpful to casual FF'ers. They give some good info but nothing we haven't beat to death here 2 weeks earlier. Anyway, the line-up returned unchanged this season...unfortunately. Their panel of "experts" include Andrew Siciliano, and former QBs Erik Krammer and Warren Moon (plus a host). Warren Moon is the guy I have a problem with. He never has a good take and is not real good on tv. Every once in a while they lob him a softball but when he freestyles, the $%!& hits the fan. This guy, who is supposed to be an expert, drafted Brett Farve in round 1, and he doesn't understand why everyone is making fun of him. The highlight of the show (as with any show on FSN or FSN2) was a segment done by Lisa Dergan (of Fox Sports One). Any show with the word Fantasy in it should be hosted by this hottie. Anyway, the info was pretty routine but it was funny at times. Last year I tivo'd this show and another on Spike TV. The Spike show had Jerry Glanville and some other doof. The video quality looked as if they did taping on the moon. I'll tivo both this year but won't stress if I don't get to it in time, now that I have my "Cafe"....Hey, can we get a room here hosted by Lisa Dergan.

I never pay attention to fantasy football on television. It's a joke. Any person can go out an call himself an "expert." I've watched some "expert" drafts lately and they're more entertaining than informing.

Were you serious about Moon drafting Favre in the 1st round?

Absolutley, It's a rookie mistake but this is at least his second season doing this. His argument was Bretts 32 TDs and blah blah. Obviously he does not understand that he can get Brett much later. They showed highlight of the draft that the show "Talent" and "behind the scenes guys" had. Everybody started busting up when he took Brett at like 1.7. I would love to see his whole team.
