Boston to San Diego???

Postby JayM09 » Tue Mar 04, 2003 3:35 pm

Just found the story I read earlier about boston visiting san diego today. http://www.signonsandiego.com/sports/chargers/20030304-9999_1s4chargers.html

this would be a great move in my opinion for the chargers, if they can sign boston, as they need wide reciever help badly.

wonder where boston will end up.

Good story JayM0,I like the fact that Brees rushed down to the training facility when he heard Boston was there.Boston would certainly bolster their passing attack & Drew knows it!Sucks for him that he had developed a rapport with Conway & now he's gone...ah well, that's professional sports.

Good read Jay. I wonder how many places are on Boston's list to visit?

He would put some life in to an anemic passing offense the only question will Schottenheimer use him to his full potential. There is no doubt Marty runs a tight ship and he will not tolerait any crap from Boston

The Chargers did clear some space to sign a big time FA

DOH!!! That's what I get for just skimming the article and not reading it thoroughly. :-)

I still think Atlanta has it's sights set on Peerless Price.
And, according to legend, San Diego is THE best place to play in the entire NFL (city/climate/food/babes/etc-wise).
Brees to Boston. L.T. up the middle.

That would make a formidable offense. I don't know which I

like better...Brees to Boston or Vick to Boston. Either would be

niiiice!!
