Here's my stab at it:
1. Q. Griffen - doesn't get enough credit. Going to be really good.
2. B. Westbrook - no more RB by committee
3. C. Dillion - I know he sucked against the bengals but still should be pretty good
4. L. Suggs - looking fantastic in pre-season. Wins the job and puts up points this year
5. Thomas Jones - my sleeper to be in the top 10 by end of year.
6. Chris Brown - looks good and will put up early Eddie-like numbers
(The rest are pretty close so I'll just rank them w/o comment) 7. Bennett

11. Wheatly (if he gets the starting nod)
12. Barber (would be much higher if scored a damn touchdown every now and then)

3. Warrick Dunn -- Will be the starter, should be healthy.
4. Curtis Martin -- 1500 yds
5. Michael Bennett -- He's fast, but will he be underutilized?
6. Kevin Jones -- Best rookie RB this year.
7. Lee Suggs -- With reservations, could be RBBC
8. Quentin Griffin -- Portis value falling, Griffin rising
9. Chris Brown -- Tennessee is solid
10. Tiki Barber -- Fumbles a lot, Ron Dayne knocking.
11. Charlie Garner -- Oakland could finish first or last this year.
12. Duce Staley -- Do they really like Duce this much?
13. Thomas Jones -- I've never been too impressed.
14. Eddie George -- I can't see him factoring much.
15. Travis Minor -- Could be third-string by the start of season.
16. Tyrone Wheatley -- Goalline back.
17. Emmitt Smith -- Please.

1. Michael Bennett - he does not get enough credit
2. Corey Dillon

{I have my doubts with Dillon and Westbrook}
4. Q Tip - could become huge this year
5. Duce - Bettis isn't a factor, he should have a nice season
6. C Brown - primed for a breakout year as well
7. C Mart - very solid, but no TDs
8. KJ - could be very good
9. Garner - Tampa Bay apparently likes him
10. Tiki - a lot of negatives, but a still a worthy #3
11. Suggs - does not have complete job security yet
12. Dunn - has the starting job but is far from a feature back
13. TJ - HUGE bust this year
14. Steady Eddie - don't expect much
15. Wheatley - will have to fend off Fargas for his job
16. Minor - a good chance he won't be starting
17. Smith -

Dillon - Will just rock this year, NE is a good change for him
Griffen - Whens the last time a Denver rb sucked?
Westbrook - Always liked this guy.. definatly gonna dominate this year, and will get it all done since buckhalter might be out
Martin - As always, will get over 1k yards, who knows for td's tho
C. Brown - All the hype will come true for this guy
Garner - I think he's underrated this year, a new team will do him really good.. specially tb.
Duce - Really dont like him, but he's gonn do good I think
Bennet - Not used enough.. such speed. wow.

all the rest im not hot on..
suggs is gonna be an rbbc

The Jones' have a lot to prove

Dunn <= Duckett
Wheatly, Who even knows how it'll end up in Oakland
Smith - Ugh.. cmon.
Minor - Shouldn't even be on the list
