I didn't know that it was a crime to wear a Peace loving shirt.....Meanwhile, there are about 50 teen-agers in that very same mall that have on Marijuana shirts and hemp necklaces, colored bandanas, Bong hats and government hating logos on shirts and record lables.....This old man prolly served in Nam and doesn't like war......Even if he didn't want to leave the mall, that is still his right to be there and he definitely didn't have to take off his shirt.....I think that this man will be suing the NYPD very soon and he'll make out like a bandit....good for him....I wouldn't have left either.....I woulda threw in a few explicits as well...

i read about this and its simply rediculous. yes technically a mall is private property and you must leave if they say so but i think that the entire town should boycott the mall!!! they actually did this to other people in th mall too i read!
