One of the beautiful things about this Cafe is guys like Flux who link the stories from other places. The Cafe is a one stop shop for free. ;-D

I hope nobody in my league is reading this line because I have been thinking about C-Mart for a couple of weeks now hoping he falls to around the about the 5th or 6th round to snag him as my 3rd and possibly second RB. I think he's going to have a much better year than last. He played well down the stretch when Penny came back and he's in great shape so far. With Herm saying he's going to get more touchdowns - I don't thing 1300 rushing, 300 recieving and 8 or 9 total touchdowns is a stretch. That's #2 back production in some cases and amazing if it's a 3rd back.

Exactly, I wouldn't mind grabbing 2 top of the line receivers then sneaking in martin as my #2 back.

I don't like Martin as a #2. Too much tread on those tires, and not enough TDs. His yards make him a good #3.

How about his TDs prior to last yr when defenses played 8 in the box knowing the Jets didnt have a passing game?

Thanks for the encouragement guys, I have KJ/C Mart as my #2 back and I don't know what to make of the situation. If C Mart gets the TDs to go along with the yards he'd be a great #2. He is looking like a great steal in the 10th round.

Has anyone seen a recent report that says someone other than CMart will get goalline carries? All I have seen is the report saying Jordan has been demoted for poor performance. Other than that, I think CMart will be one of the best #3 RBs you can have this yr, and a decent poor mans #2.
Wholeheartedly on board with you here CM. I think he's got potential to fall into the realm of the #3 RBs as far as draft position but could perform like a lower #2. Could be some nice value here.
