I don't think anyone could argue that 300 yards receiving isn't out of the question at all, considering Dillon had 290 in '99 and 298 in '02. And now, he's got a better QB, a better defense, and a better team to work with.

I guess that's kind of my question too V. What kind of production are you thinking about? Will they both be solid #2 RBs? I'd say yes without question. Will both end up in the top 10? I'd say that there's a better than average chance. Will they excel above that level? I don't think so.

I think they are definitely solid #2 RB's. Considering they are both going in about the mid-second round, a RB duo of Alexander/Dillon or Deuce/Rudi is very nice. As far as production goes, I'd say they have a very good chance at reaching the top 10, considering players like Stephen Davis, Jamal Lewis, Ricky Williams (obviously), and maybe Henry will leave the top 10.

As for higher than that, maybe. If the "trend" or "theory" that I mentioned came true, then the only RB's that they probably wouldn't pass is the consensus top 6. But really, rank the players how you want, I just found it incredibly interesting how similar the situations were of the two breakout RB's last year and two possibly breakout RB's this year.
