In an interview about a week after the draft Ben said how he was disappointed that he got picked so late..and I totally agree wth him. I love Eli, but Ben was easily my second, and I never had much of an intrest in Rivers. With the reciever core SD has not many can succeed anyways. When your best reciever is your running back something has gotta be wrong... :-/

Eli sucks. I bet he has a career like Vince Carter, guys i have little respect for. He'll show flashes of brilliance, but he'll spend most of his career bitching and sitting. I consider Vince a flop, so Eli gets my vote.

Honestly i didnt want him. I didnt want Rivers either. I wanted Gallery. This was NOT a good year for QBs, and i think both the Chargers and Giants made mistakes. Im just glad we got those draft picks. I was hoping theyd give Brees one more year and get Gallery to protect him.

You don't have to worry about any of these guys.I drafted Penny and Green. They are guaranteed to either flop or get season ending injuries being on my roster.Team name:Dead Men Walking. And to answer the question...Rivers more likely than not.He has the SD QB curse going for him.

I agree that San Diego definetly should have gone with Gallery, or if not him at least Fitzgerald.

I, for some strange reason, believe Brees has talent, and needs a good line and a decent #1 reciever to produce. Hes still quite young, and Rivers was NOT needed this year.
