Took him long enough...6.074 mil for a year. ... &type=lgns

Excerpt from article wrote:SANTA CLARA, Calif. (AP) -- All-Pro linebacker Julian Peterson ended his monthlong holdout Wednesday and signed a one-year contract, with the San Francisco 49ers.

Peterson, designated by the team in February as its franchise player, missed the first 28 days of training camp because of contract issues. Peterson and his agents had been looking for a deal that would make him one of the NFL's highest-paid defenders.

``No more holding out,'' Peterson said. ``I didn't want to miss too much time away from the team. I'm glad all this is over with and I'm coming back to play football.''

With the Postons involved, you're never going to start playing football when you're supposed to.

This is good news, unfortunately not the resolution I was looking for though. Between the Postons and the Yorks, I don't have good feelings going forward with Peterson in our future.
I like simple pleasures, like butter in my ass, lollipops in my mouth. That's just me.
