We are looking for a few more owners in a new league for computer professionals. If you do something with computers/networking/web design/etc. then you are eligible. It will be a free league on Yahoo!. I've got about 7 or 8 people signed up so far. All are in networking/web design/database admin, etc. As far as "when", we all kind of agreed it wouldn't be a LIVE draft everyone had to attend. Just the auto draft where you rank players and then Yahoo! drafts for you.
