Last year in last few games, Barlow proved he could carry the rock and produce when given the chance. Barlow is a much much better back than Westbrook, who(surpise surprise) broke down last year just like he will this year. A 205 lb RB in the NFC East. Do u really think he will last? I think it's pretty funny that people would rank Westbrook with Barlow. Hell, I thinks it's funny that the cheatsheets have him rated below Faulk,Henry, and DD. SF's O-line is good and SF will surprise a few people. People were dawging the Detroit Tigers and their FF players and they have been some of the best. This looks eerily similar. SF will finish 2nd in the NFC west cuz St.Loius and Arizona will stink ... Hell that's 4 games alone where Barlow will outproduce half of everyone's conventional top 10 Rb list.

Westbrook was basically a third down back last year, so I think his YPC are somewhat inflated. Now that he is the feature back by default, he will get a lot more carries, but teams will key on him and his YPC will fall.
We don't know if he is durable enough to be a feature back, but the Eagles have no choice but to find out. If his body holds up, he has a shot at 1200, but that is a big "if".
Westbrook will not get enough carries to reach 1200 yards!
They have Reno Mahe, Dorsey Levens, and maybe even McCoo who will all get carries.
It won't happen! Give it up!
Levens getting the ball? Only if Westbrook is winded. The Eagles got Levens because it was smart to pick up a veteran with a hole in your depth chart. There's been nothing to indicate he'll even a single carry and at his age, the Eagles would definitely do one better to feed the ball to Westbrook instead.

106 of them came on 1st and 2nd down.
I'm amazed, apparently getting 11 carries on 3rd/4th down makes you a 3rd down RB these days. Who'd have known? Arguing something that not opinion, but facts clearly contradict is just silly.

I agree with maddog on this. Unless the Eagles go out and get an established back, Westbrook is going to get most of the carries. Those other bums may spell him occassionally, but Westbrook will get a shot at being the feature back.

Nope. Do u want to wager? You will lose ..Barlow will be top 10 easily .However, your boy Westbrook-well he won't even make it through the season. Barlow will dust him in stats.

Levens? Yeah, defenses are scared of him. Will he get a few carries. Sure, maybe a few. But come on. Levens?
I still don't see the facts to back up how 1200 yds rush from Westbrook is LESS LIKELY than not. I still say it's more likely. All I have heard is OPINION, which is fine. To each his own I say.
The bottom line is all you can do is pick a guy w/ talent, who will get the ball, and then you hope for the best. Westbrook has talent, is on a good team, and should get the ball quite a bit this year. I'd take that. 1200 yds? Maybe not, but he scored 11 times last year splitting time with Duce and Buckhalter. It only makes sense that TD number will go up.
I think you guys forget that fantasy is mostly luck. All the magazines, all these cheatsheets, all these debates, all go out the window once the season starts. Ask Boldin and Dominic Davis.
On that note I'll make a prediction for you to ponder - Lee Suggs, Chris Brown and Quentin Griffin will all be 1st round picks NEXT year.

I will absolutely wager Barlow isnt a top 10 RB. Not a chance.
Dont misunderstand me about West v. Barlow - Im not saying West is as good as Barlow - what Im saying is West is better value toward the end of the 3rd rd than Barlow is at the beginning of the 2nd rd.
