That looks very solid to me.

Gates could do ok this yr, a few might say he belongs in a tier higher.

Other than that, it looks good.

Get off the Winslow bandwagon. I know the kid has a bunch of talent and all, but ranking him over Crumpler and McMichael isn't a good idea. The price you have to pay for a rookie TEs services are too steep in my opinion. I could see ranking him in tier 4 after Clark which basically means you won't be drafting him.

Oh if you're in a deep league or like to draft 2 TEs (I don't), pencil in Casey Fitzsimmons from DET and Desmond Clark from CHI as a backup. Maybe George Wrighster from JAX also.

With the situation in Miami, I'd drop McMichael down one. Clark and Gates almost deserve to go up one. Williams played like a Tier 2 for the 6 games he started last year and can be had in later rounds this year - he's a solid tier 3 and could move up if they use him like last year.

I have Witten and Gates above Williams, as he apparently is getting some competition for snaps from a healthier Ernie Conwell than anyone expected.

Hedging your bets with the Indy TE's, huh? If you feel like that, I'd either get both of them, or neither of them.

IMHO, Winslow is a stud. I love Heap's talent but question whether he will get the ball enough. TE is thin. I would go Gonzalez, Winslow, a healthy Shockey, and Heap. Don't overvalue Winslow but also don't sell yourself short. :-?

Winslow is a stud, he's also a headcase that can commonly be his own worse enemy. If he can become a workhorse, he'll be a top TE, but there's a lot of lingering questions.

Compared to who else is out there, I'll take my chances on Winslow. He is cocky and determined to have the best rookie season ever for a TE. Shockey had the attitude but turned out O.K. during his rookie season, didn't he??
