I am starting to think this is an NFL-wide conspiracy...

Teams let all their restricted FAs come up at the same time...they let Washington sign each and every one to an offer sheet....all the while saying that they intend to resign their players...

now that WAS has everyone on an offer sheet they are obligated to honor those contracts...

I figure, if this conspiracy among the other 31 owners is for real, that Snyder goes into the season more than $300 million over the cap and has to cut guys he just signed to $35 mil contracts
