there are some that are just ridiculous, such as when a guy has to sit out for something he did in highschool before even comitting to any schools. Some on the other hand, deserve what they get.
Its a lesson in futility, why fight the truth, these kids are for the most part nothing more than exceptional athletes, thats their future, get em out of college and earning the big bucks now.

Mark my words. Either the NCAA changes, or you will live to see the day when you look back on the NCAA like you do the USFL now.
Twelve (12!) players get suspended from Villanova for using a phone credit card. A telephone call!
College basketball players make their universities a bazillion dollars, make the NCAA another gazillion with TV contracts, etc.
And 12 players are busted for long-distance phone calls?
It's ridiculous.
Think about that for a minute.
St. Bonnaventure is just the tip of the ice berg.
Sooner or later - some universities are gonna have enough and pull OUT of the NCAA and start a new governing body.
Listen to me now, and believe me later.
